You can conveniently shop around the clock at the Peaky Blinders Clothes Online Store. Please be aware that we cannot accept orders made by e-mail, letter, phone or fax.

Purchases made online are restricted to consumers only, i.e., individuals, who purchase something neither for commercial purposes nor for independent professional activity, and whose habitual place of residence is in the United Kingdom and who can provide a delivery address there*.
For this reason, it is not possible to claim tax back on purchases made on peakyblindersclothes.com.

All items available at the time of your consultation will appear in the display of the desired product. Sizes that are not available will be inactive or grayed out.

In exceptional cases (e.g. during sales or the Christmas period), it is possible that several customers consult the same article at the same time and that it is therefore unavailable at the time of the order. As a rule, it is unfortunately impossible to order items that are out of stock. In this case, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the desired article is out of stock. However, in exceptional cases, it is possible that an article may become available again, following a return.

Promotion codes and discounts can be redeemed as payment or partial payment in the shopping cart. The conditions of the respective promotion apply, e.g., the validity period. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotions cannot be accumulated.

All orders are shipped from our distribution centres in Germany, France and China. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the exception of weekends and public holidays

Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within 10 to 20 working days.

The cost of standard delivery is £3.80. For orders over £70, delivery is free of charge in the UK.

To track your order click on "track my order" in the footer of our website or here. Then enter your tracking number that you will have received from our carriers after you have placed your order by email or sms. 

Take the time to try on the items in the comfort of your own home and combine them with your favourite clothes. If you don't like or don't fit certain items, you have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days of your order in accordance with our policies. Unfortunately, products on sale are not refunded. You may also request an exchange of one or more of your products.

We appreciate your feedback on our services; the reason for your return is an opportunity for us to improve them. Do not hesitate to specify them, we thank you.
